Panedotte Pastel is a specialty bakeshop operating on the philosophy of balance, blending luscious flavor with wholesome nutrition, healthier low-sugar dessert options and responsible sustainability.

We are committed to providing low-sugar, healthier dessert options, offering an array of pastries, buns with fillings, cakes and other desserts, using only the best ingredients and formulated within the proper nutritional framework and sanitary guidelines.

Panedotte Pastel is a single proprietor specialty bakeshop in the heart of Tagoloan, Misamis  Oriental. Owned   and managed by Mrs . Dorothy Yap Antillon.   While still in the elementary years, she took baking lesson and fell on love to bake . She met friends in school and they started ordering her products.

      One christmas, since she didn’t  have a customized packaging yet ,she just put the baked goodies in a box and tied it with red and green ribbons. Afterwards ,  Her friends made fun of her packaging to challenge her to improve and make it more presentable.

      Time came   that   DOTTE,  as  she is fondly called ,took up the challenge of friends to put up a business from the baking hobby for they wanted a steady  supply of her pastel which they say is ‘’a taste of heaven on earth ‘’.Panedotte Pastel, Flavour is  distinctly homemade, with  sugar level that is healthy, golden  color that is irresistible to both young and old, taste that  blends well with any drink and texture that sort of effortlessly melts in the mouth .Even her friends abroad  challenged her to produce and market to the United States for they want to wake up each morning with a cup of their favourite coffee and Dotte’s pastel. Her cousin Bobby Lee coined the name Panedotte which should be easy to remember because it’s her name. Bobby designed the elegant Pastel box too.  

With a name and package, it was time to articulate the vision and mission of  the business.  PANEDOTTE  PASTEL   envisions   of   being    a     world-class  specialty   bakeshop. Its  mission   is   to  provide  pastel  lovers   alternative   choices    and   to produce  a  steady supply  of  quality   homemade   pastel    to  loyal   customers.  The   strategy   on   how   to   reach out   to more    customers   was    clear   and    that   Is   to make   the process product conform   to   government  standards and meet  the demand   of  customers,  taste discrimination.

After   getting a Bureau of Food and Drug Administration    (FDA)   license   to operate,  she  ready   for  business. Moreover,  Dothy consulted    other   government agencies,    food   technologists and   had   her   pastel   in   laboratories   for   quality   and continual   product   improvement,   specially   on  shelf life   while    keeping   the distinctive   flavour    her   customer,   desire   for.   She   took   the advice  of   the   consultants and   made  some  building  reconstruction   and    equipment    upgrades    to  conform    to Current   Good Manufacturing    Practise   (CGMP)   and    food   safety     standards    because she   believes   that   customers   deserve    the   best.   Even   with   trusted    staff   working  for her,  the  heart   of  the  process   is  still  in   the  expert  and   creative   hands   of  the  proprietor- manager   with    everyone   engaged   in  quality   control.

Now that   PANEDOTTE    is   ready    and   well   prepared, it's time  to  answer   the call   for   more  people  to enjoy  pastel.  Available fiavors    are   tropical  fruit fillings   of pineapple,   mango   and   jacket fruit   aside   from   the  well loved  yema or  milk   and  egg.  Early this year,   300  dozen-boxes   per   month   were    sold   on   the  average .   On    the   second quarter  of  this   year  new  markets  have   been  supplied   to   and  orders   were  up  to  500 dozen-boxes   per   month.   The  equipment    and   baking   capacity  of  PANEDOTTE  can  very well   accommodate  even   up to  a     thousand   dozen-boxes   per   month so   what   are   you   waiting   for ?
